SalaryBusy and growing homecare agency is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Queens location. Our ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and within a team, proactive, detailed oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate great customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
-Point person for caregivers for the Bronx and surrounding areas
-Assist with all employment inquiries
-Assist with complete hiring process for caregivers
-Verify all required onboarding documentation.
-Conduct outreach and follow up for caregivers missing required documentation
-New hire orientation/in-service tracking
-Respond swiftly to matters to coordinate immediate solutions between teams or offices
-Data entry into Home Care systems
-Track, maintain, and update HHA/PCA records to ensure compliance with DOH regulations
Skills
HHA Exchange (required)
Microsoft Office Suite (required)
Health Commerce System (Preferred)
1 year experience in Home Care (required)
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and "in-office".
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
