Payroll Specialist/Hr Generalist

Pay:55,000-60,000

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with various HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation programs
- Process Weekly Payroll in the ADP Platform
- Meet hiring needs/plans
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement succession planning strategies
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Utilize timekeeping system to manage employee attendance and time-off requests
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational structure and job descriptions
- Support project management initiatives related to HR programs and initiatives
- Assist in managing workers' compensation claims and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution

Requirements

-Proficient in ADP
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of organization design principles is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
