We are an innovative law firm looking to bring on a highly motivated and results-oriented Civil Litigation Contract Attorney to work collaboratively with our current team on complex business litigation matters, including Real Estate Litigation, Partnership/LLC Disputes, and Employment Defense Litigation.
What Skills / Qualifications Should I Have?

• Active Bar License in the state of Texas (California and NY Bar a plus)
• Four or more years of Texas civil litigation experience from Intake though Trial or Mediation/Arbitration with demonstrated knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Rule of Evidence, and the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
• Strong experience propounding/responding to Discovery
• Clear and concise legal research and writing and Law & Motion experience (please provide a substantive writing sample with your application.)
