Action Lock and Safe is currently seeking an experience bookkeeper assistance, with excellent customer service and good communication, attention to detail is a must and able to multitask. Someone who work well with others and is a team player.
Job Requirements :
- Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable, banking, A/R collections.
- Prepare invoices/quotes, process Payment, and update spread sheet.
- Answer customer questions via phone/email with a high level of professionalism and a sense of urgency.
- Prepare Purchase Orders for safes and safes accessories, keep spread sheets of all safes inventory.
- Print barcodes and received inventory in ESC software.
- Keep calendar schedule for deliveries and moves.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
- Knowledge of the Tampa Bay area a plus
- knowledge of Quick Books Accounting System
- Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
- Good time management and follow through abilities; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
- There is no sales or commission for this position.
Qualifications :
- 3 plus years of experience in bookkeeping, customer service and office work.
- Proficient in Excel and computer skills.
