It is a temp to hire in 90 days period
General Accountabilities
- Receives and records incoming payroll documentation.
- Prepares all monthly and bi-weekly payroll checks and calculation. Familiar with payroll platform such as ADP.
- Familiar with QuickBooks desktop and be able to process checks from QuickBooks.
- Familiar with paperless working environment.
- Clarifies or researches issues as necessary. Able to effectively communicate professionally with any of the business clients
- Manages assigned book of business
- Corresponds and assists with assigned client needs
- Manage email blast and some duties of office administration

- Proficient in excel and other Microsoft office programs
- Excellent multi-tasking and good time management
- Articulate communicator in both verbal and written
- Able to work in fast pace environment

- Critical thinking
- Customer service experience
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field
- Proven experience as administrator/ bookkeeper or in similar role and minimum of one-year experience
- If candidate has associate degree, candidate will be considered with prior industry experiences
