We are looking for a Global Sustainability and Reuse Lead who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the PC life cycle, reduce environmental impact, and enhance customer value. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain, quality, sustainability, and analytics, as well as strong collaboration and people skills. The Global Sustainability and Reuse Lead will report to the Senior Director of IT Operations and will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of HP's internal PC life cycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, recovery, reuse, and disposal of devices.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, increasing reuse, and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement models and algorithms to optimize the PC life cycle and maximize the value of recovered assets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the PC life cycle initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Environmental Affairs, to ensure alignment and compliance with HP's policies and standards.
- Communicate and promote the benefits and best practices of the PC life cycle to internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, customers, partners, and regulators.
- Research and benchmark industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and specialists who support the PC life cycle operations.
- Technical or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business administration.
- 15+ years of related experience in supply chain, quality, sustainability, and analytics, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in analytic tools and platforms, such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement data-driven solutions to complex problems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams and influence others.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative, with the ability to create new ways of working and drive change.
- Passion for sustainability and social responsibility, with a commitment to HP's values and goals.
