Retro Fitness LLC is currently seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL (33406).

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Controller, the Bookkeeper will conduct all bookkeeping for multi-unit locations, as well as handling intercompany transactions and entries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Handle A/R- entering invoices and receiving payments.
Preparing periodic cash disbursements and accounts payable for approval and related processing
Preparing and supporting month-end journal entries for approval and ability to post journal entries into general ledger.
Enter and record payroll using ADP RUN or ADP Total Source.
Monthly reconciliation of all intercompany accounts.
Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts to subsidiary ledgers (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets.
Education and Experience:
5 plus years of previous relevant experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Must excel in QuickBooks desktop and online version.
Clear and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines as required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a solution-based work environment.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels common in a small business environment.
