Responsibilities:
This role involves managing day-to-day front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries via phone and email. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and complaint forms to the appropriate board members, maintaining clear communication channels within the community. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing application packets for interested buyers and residents, overseeing the collection and review of returned applications, conducting credit and background checks, and assisting the secretary in scheduling interviews for applicants. You'll also play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, updating information on unit owners and homeowners, and distributing changes in lists to board members monthly. You will be involved in helping to maintain and update the community's website with relevant sales information, ensuring potential buyers are well-informed.
