Bookkeeper

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bookkeeper who will be working with our company to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of our office. Our Bookkeeper is responsible for multiple accounts, including creating and maintaining records of financial transactions, analyzing accounts receivable and payable, balancing accounts, and verifying financial reports. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a casual, friendly environment that values integrity, reliability, and strong communication skills. Candidate selected for the position will be required to pass a background check. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office required.
Responsibilities:
* Compile, sort, and prepare financial records.
* Calculate and record amounts owed and paid.
* Maintain financial records.
* Prepare and file monthly and annual financial statements.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
