Front Desk Coordinator - Cdps Plastic Surgery

PLASTIC SURGERY FRONT OFFICE: Platinum Dermatology Partners’ Center for Dermatology & Plastic Surgery group is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator for their Plastic Surgery division in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Extend friendly and welcoming greetings.
• Ensure paperwork and EMR systems are current and filled out correctly.
• Educate patients and respond to patient questions in office/on phone as needed about the scope of aesthetic and reconstructive Plastic Surgery procedures performed by our surgeons and be able to appropriately credential the surgeons to new patients.
• Scheduling patients for new, returning, and follow-up appointments.
•  Patient check-in and check-out including payment application.
•  Fulfill responsibilities as assigned by management.

This position may be required to travel to all CDPS locations but will primarily be based in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum two-three years’ experience in a doctor’s office.
• Prior Plastic Surgery office experience is not required, but preferred.
• Quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Quality mathematics skills.
• Professional in appearance and mannerisms.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to demonstrate compassion and care in dealing with patients and co-workers alike.
• Able to prioritize tasks, understand the provider’s instructions, and know when to seek information or advice.
• Valid Driver's License
