Responsibilities:
- Help ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist patients and providers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and inquiries promptly and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments on our EMR system.
- Perform other scheduling tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide personal assistant support to managers as needed
- Scanning of paper charts into the new EMR System
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist providers by providing information, keeping them on schedule, taking photos and numbing patients.
- Assist with retail inventory and keeping the area stocked.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in data entry systems
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical spa operations or experience in a similar field is desirable
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to the schedule and its impacts on the business
