Lane Park, a brand new upscale activities and dining experience featuring interactive and internationally inspired games, Spanning 8,000 square feet, this first concept location introduces guests to a one-of-a-kind, trendy ambiance for those looking to explore a variety of curated games, while enjoying great music and shareable bites. With outdoor communal vibes and tech-supported hospitality, every guest experience is designed to deliver a uniquely immersive adventure. Lane Park becomes the new adult playground and backdrop for corporate events,
team-building exercises, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties and everyday
fun, with a space that can comfortably accommodate both small and large groups.
The epicenter of Lane Park is a group of premier and curated activities. Experiential games
include: Duckpin Bowling, a variation of standard 10-pin bowling, ten Axe Throwing lanes,
“Bar Style” Ice Curling on four lanes of a real ice rink, Sapo, Peruvian coin tossing, and Carrom, a tabletop game of Indian origin, that mixes elements of billiards with small pucks on a square table.
Job Summary:
As a Lane Park Guest Services Coordinator | Front Desk, you will play a crucial role coordinating and supporting the guests’ experience prior to checking in, facilitating check-in, and supporting the games and experience throughout. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage daily and weekly group bookings, manage table, lane and game schedules, check in guests, process payments, manage merchandise inventory and sales, work with the sales and marketing team in supporting group needs.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm greeting and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage reservations
- Answering phone calls to the facility
- Oversee payment and booking process
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate groups
- Assist colleagues as needed to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Cleans, organizes, and upkeeps the Front Desk area.
- Resolving guest complaints as needed.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and coordinating groups
- POS and cashiering experience preferred
- Organizational and time management
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Stamina to work in a busy, bustling environment for several hours at a time.
