Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist

We are a local and family owned chiropractic and wellness clinic located in Peoria Az. We specialize in chiropractic care, massage therapy, trigger point injections and hormone replacement therapy. We are looking to hire a front Desk coordinator/lead to take care of all patient relations at our Front Desk. This person should first and foremost be a problem solver who is able to multitask and work well under busy circumstances while maintaining professionalism and a customer service oriented attitude. They should be a team player who keeps patient care as their top priority.

Job duties include; answering phones, scheduling, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, verifying insurance, prepping for the following days’ patients, handling issues as they arise, customer service, various administrative tasks, checking office email and phone messages.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
