Med Spa Front Desk Coordinator And Sales

Pure Vanity Spa has earned a reputation for excellent customer service while providing luxury medspa services at an affordable price. We are currently seeking a career-minded, self-motivated Med Spa Front Desk Sales Coordinator for Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills in a face-to-face capacity and be able to motivate guests to purchase memberships and packages. Building customer rapport is vital. Working in a team environment and achieving goals is of utmost importance. Spa/Hospitality/Retail skill sets are a must! MindBody POS system knowledge a plus! WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!

Responsibilities Include:

Focus on providing excellent and consistent guest experiences

Build rapport with guests

Professional, neat and tidy in appearance. Professional attitude and work ethic.

Weekends a MUST!

Reliable transportation

Greet guests with a smile

Schedule guest spa services while implementing proper procedures

Understand and believe in the benefits of ongoing professional skincare

Educate guests on services, memberships, and products

Cross-service and product recommendations and Sales

Meet sales goals set and thrive in a goal-driven environment

Maximize bookings for each therapist in a fair and consistent manner

Close sales and encourage guests to pre-book services

Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette

Confirming appointments

Must possess proficient computer skills ( Mindbody experience a plus)

Informing technicians and estheticians of daily schedules and/or adjustments

Resolve guest challenges

Supporting retail and service staff

Responsible for balancing and checking the register drawer. Handling of money.

Performing other duties as assigned such as spa cleaning and laundry duties

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
