Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator

Balance Hormone Center, located in Gilbert Arizona is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities primarily involve answering Phone calls and messages, taking payments and documenting in an EHR system, greeting patients as they arrive.

• Alerts physician of problems/concerns/abnormalities.
• Performs simple office procedures, answering phone calls and relaying information to proper parties, scanning documents into EMR, printing patient reports.
• Inputting correct product into POS system, accepting payment and inputting payment into EMR system
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance Verification
• Inputting administration reports
• Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school Diploma PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Healthcare experience Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, 3 years of customer service experience, CMA certification

4 10 hour shifts

8:00 am - 6:00 pm

No weekend shifts

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
