New Patient Coordinator

Duties:

Pull New patient referrals from website and call and set up new appointments.

Work with Marketing team on tracking referrals

Answering emails and returning calls.

Verifying benefits on New patients upon scheduling

Experience:

Medical office Experience ( HIGH VOLUME)

Medical Terminology

EMR experience

Hipaa compliance experience

Insurance Knowledge

Soft Skills:

Work Hours:

Monday - Thurs 7am - 4pm

Friday 7am - 12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
