Front Desk Coordinator - Amplified Beauty, Scottsdale, Arizona
Position Type: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 am-5:30 pm including a 30-minute lunch break 1-1:30
About Us: Amplified Beauty, located in Old Town Scottsdale, is a premier beauty and wellness destination known for redefining industry standards. We're seeking a full-time Front Desk coordinator to join our dynamic team.
***Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome clients and manage appointments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team for a seamless client experience, which may include helping with room turn over.
- Other tasks as required by role include but are not limited to: Marketing calls, product sales, client follow-ups, inventory management, social media.
***Requirements:
- Previous customer-facing experience in a medspa (min 6+ months).
- Required skills: critical thinking, organizational/time management, ability to multitask efficiently and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and booking software.
