- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our products or services
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area

- Proven experience in a similar role or in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Eaglesoft software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or Fridays as needed
