General Formulations is hiring a Facilities Administrator in the maintenance department.
A family owned and operated company located in Sparta for over 70 years we a looking for the right person that will be driven and organized to keep operations up and running.
Summary
Responsible for managing the work orders and all administrative aspects of the maintenance department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Manage the purchasing of all supplies and stock for the maintenance department.
· Participate in project cost tracking and reporting.
· Maintain and manage Maintenance Database, which includes all Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance tasks, assets and inventory.
· Coordinates activities of workers to accommodate business needs and complete work orders, including facilitating emergency repairs.
· Responsible for clerical support to maintenance department.
· Assist with time keeping function and time off scheduling.
· Seeking out new and maintaining current vendor and contractor relationships.
· Assists with contractor pricing reviews and scheduling.
· Completes various other projects and duties as needed to support the department.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $19.91 - $23.98 per hour
