Customer Service Specialist
PrideStaff Financial is partnering with a stable company in Auburn, CA that has been in business for over 20 years in search of a detail oriented and friendly Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist utilizes technology to provide customers with excellent service and support, with a willingness to always go above and beyond. As a Customer Service Specialist in training, you will receive encouragement and guidance with opportunities to grow.
Customer Service Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Software Support & Train Customers on Using Technology
Uncover & Provide Solutions to Customers Challenges
Collaborate With Team Members to Solve Issues
Research & Consult on the DMV & FMCSA to Solve Issues & Answer Questions
Follow Up With Prospective Customers Conveying Strengths & Benefits of Our Solutions
Prepare & Process DMV Applications
Audit Reports & Forms For Accuracy
Simplify The Absurd, Both Internally & Externally
Customer Service Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
4 Year Degree Preferred or Loyal Employment History
4+ Years of Office & Computer Experience
Highly Detail Oriented, a Self Starter & Friendly Personality Required
Commercial Transportation Experience is a Plus
DMV Experience a Plus
Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred
Excellent Computer & Customer Service Skills Required
Always Willing to Make a Difference & be a Team Player

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per
PrideStaff hiring criteria-
Must be at least 18 years old
Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
Must be able to provide at least 2 professional references from recent supervisors, managers, or person/s who have overseen you in the workplace.
