Job Description: Full-Time Marketing/Admin Support

Someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. A creative thinker who isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table, think outside the box, and assist in the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.

- Creating graphics and marketing materials in Canva/Adobe.
- Social Media Management (Facebook and Instagram).
- Editing videos for social media (Reels and long-form content).
- Website and CRM Management.
- Event planning.
Job Requirements:
- Social Media Management: Post consistent content on social media platforms. Create and plan content, New Listings, Pending, Just Closed, Open Houses, Holiday Celebrations, Birthdays, engaging questions, etc. and respond to comments and messages,
- Video Editing!
- Create Marketing Materials : Brochures, postcards, flyers, etc. , Billboards, Print Advertisements, Seller Reports, Listing Presentation, Email Signatures, Business Cards, Event Invitations and Email Promotions, Signage , Forward My Listing
- Website Management: Edits, as needed (if it doesn’t involve editing the website’s code), Write and publish blog posts, edits to website/plot maps.
- eNewsletter Creation (Flodesk): Update email list monthly, Send Bi-Weekly Keeping Current Matters Emails, Send Bi-Weekly eNewsletter featuring new listings and blog content, additional emails, as needed (Happy Holiday emails, People’s Choice Awards nominating and voting. etc)
- Become a Brivity (our CRM) Wizard : Assign Prospects to campaigns
- Send personalized Thank You's : Emails (or call/text) to all past clients that attend Vis Team events.
- Solicit reviews from closed clients (Google and Zillow)
- Manage a Vis Realty Group Google My Business page.
- Focus on video: Reels for social media, videos that show who the team is and what the team is passionate about, Content to showcase our culture.
- Plan Customer Appreciation Events from start to finish.
- Attend industry events and represent Vis Realty Group.
- Manage Swag Store.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
