Resilience Therapy is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI.

The Administrative Assistant will be the "right hand man" for the Owner, essentially responsible for managing the Owner's calendars, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Background in Business Administration, marketing, social work or relevant field a plus
- Proficiency in personal and professional schedule management
- Tech Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and time management skills

Compensation:
17.50 - 20.00 per hour

We need Quality Administrative Assistant that:
- would like to work in office for 12-16 hours per week
- Impeccable customer service for every client, case, or task, even at 4:00 pm on a Friday with the same care as Monday at 9:00 am
- Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented to keep track of key dates, avoid costly mistakes, keep the right people informed, and prioritize your time
- Able to change gears quickly with a positive, enthusiastic team-player attitude

- Undertake research initiatives to inform decision-making
- comfortable with Task Delegation and Follow-Up: Ensure task completion and accountability

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
2. Maintain the Owner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently and effectively.
3. Act as a liaison between the owner and other team members and external contacts.
4. chart reviews in Simple Practice EHR and other compliance duties as needed
5. Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
6. Interact with visitors, clients, and colleagues in a professional and personable manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
7. Prioritize returning calls and getting clients enrolled for mental health services
8. Assist with membership billing and collections, compose invoices, mail/email statements
9. Post on social media sites, place photos on informational posts, keeping our audience engaged. Be enthusiastic and Creative with the posts
10. Assist with calling current, past, and prospect members & businesses
11. Compile and keep an active and correct email database of all members and community members
12. Attend and represent Resilience therapy at any meeting the Owner deems appropriate to the Administrative Assistant staff
13. Additional duties assigned
