You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges. Our CEO also pulls duel duty as our Marketing director and as such a large portion of this job will be artistic in nature.
Compensation:$35,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
- Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
- Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
- Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
- Assisting in graphic design and content creation
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
