Job Type: Direct-Hire
Pay Rate: $100,000 - $125,000/annually

Executive Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the CEO's personal schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Planning and coordinating the CEO and family's travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation while ensuring smooth logistics during domestic and international trips.
- Handling emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing the CEO's to-do list and helping prioritize tasks based on urgency, importance, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, such as executive decisions, strategic plans, medical bills, and insurance items.
- Proactively identifying and addressing issues that may impact the CEO's workflow or the organization's goals.
- Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.
- Planning and coordinating special events, conferences, or functions on behalf of the CEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional multi-tasker and ability to successfully meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to be very flexible with the working hours - may need to start the day earlier or later some weeks.
- Possess a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience with an emphasis on heavy personal assistance.
- Experience with European traveling is a plus.
