- Utilize Google Workspace for efficient collaboration and communication
- Project management support
- Conflict resolution assistance
- Calendar and task management for executive(s)
- Construction project coordination and support
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Project management experience
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Calendar and task management proficiency
- Familiarity with construction processes
- Excellent communication skills (email, verbal, text)
- Outgoing personality
- Good personal hygiene

- Ability to follow instructions closely
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment
