• Prior administrative experience (Required)
• Prior experience working in financial advisory industry (Preferred)

Want some more specifics? If you join our Great Lakes team, here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients
• Maintain and organize office files and documentation
• Handle day-to-day client transactions and problem resolution, escalate items as needed
• Assist in completing new account paperwork for investments and insurance policies
• Follow-up on pending business, including investments and insurance policies
• Process new business applications with detail and accuracy and submit to appropriate carriers/companies
• Obtain necessary documents and signatures from clients for carrier approval
• Track application process
• Complete all new licensing requirements
• Enter clients and additional data into CRM
• Execute withdrawal requests
• Execute surrender requests
• Update client information as needed
• Process beneficiary claims
• Prepare needed information, reports and materials for client reviews
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations and reports
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain office supply inventory, re-ordering as needed
• Assist with coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Pay: $50,000 + bonus potential
