Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at SB Consulting. As an Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Manage Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Provide project coordination support as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required
