EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT PARALEGAL

Prominent Detroit medical malpractice law firm seeking Executive Assistant Paralegal

with three plus years of EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT experience preferred. Must have ability to fully manage lead executive's calendar in coordination with the firm’s litigation teams ensuring the executive is apprised of the schedule. The Executive Assistant Paralegal will also keep the executive and other individuals apprised of any changes to the schedule. The successful candidate will also be responsible for confidentially reviewing the executive’s correspondence, emails, and telephone messages, and processing them in accordance with the executive’s instructions.

The successful candidate will also be highly involved in the executive’s legal cases

performing duties such as organizing and maintaining files, editing opening, and closing

statements, assisting in creating and editing power point presentations, maintaining the expert, medical article, and medical books databases.

Requires excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Ability to work a flexible, non-remote schedule during trials and special projects.

Thorough knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Power

Point required. Experience with Needles and/or Neos a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time
