Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and contribute to the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event planning or personal assistant duties is a plus
- Previous office management experience is preferred
