We are seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO for our client in Chatsworth! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company. Experience with Retail Manufacturing/Sales a Plus!
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive.
- Arrange conference calls and meetings.
- Plan work-related travel details.
- Receive visitors.
- Train and supervise clerical staff.
- Maintain and order supplies.
- Personal errands and tasks as well
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
