Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO in managing his day-to-day responsibilities. You will work closely with business leaders and internal teams across the org and external parties to ensure smooth coordination and communication on all fronts, so that our CEO is able to do his best work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive calendar management and scheduling, optimizing our CEO’s time efficiency
- Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements, including flights, and accommodations, ensuring seamless transitions
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to provide necessary resources and support
- Manage budget and expenses effectively, maintaining accuracy and transparency
- Prepare presentation materials and briefs to ensure our CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events
- Project manage tasks and ensure timely completion of action items
- Identify communication gaps and escalate issues as needed for resolution
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor, offering valuable insights and support
- Plan and organize offsites and events
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a creative working style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Salary Range:
