THE OPPORTUNITY:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this position will have far-reaching impact across the organization with a front-row seat, and a director’s chair, to the inner-workings of a high-growth, cutting edge company. This is a strategic position, reporting directly to the CEO and requiring a deep understanding in all aspects of EA skills, the wine world, three-tier, high-end entertainment, team-building, event marketing and more.
This is a fast-paced opportunity in Petaluma for a professional who is a bright, self-motivated, proactive, and service-oriented. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering the highest-quality work product and finding efficiencies. They will support and work alongside a talented, humble, and incredibly busy group of industry professionals. This candidate will enjoy working with different personalities and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease.
The ideal Executive Assistant will be expected to bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the workplace. This candidate will be expected to effectively communicate with the CEO, triage priorities for both businesses, manage event logistics, navigate calendaring with an ability to gracefully switch between all scenarios with ease. Given we are in high-growth/scale mode, an extra time commitment is expected in this position as well as travel.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and appreciation for working with C-level executives.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Intermediate-level experience utilizing Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience identifying and resolving problems in an efficient manner.
Represent company in a professional and positive manner.
Prioritize and plan activities and use time wisely; able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
Must be able to travel, work some weekends and extra hours
Positive, “can do” attitude, consensus builder.

Salary Range $70k - $90k plus growth bonus, depending on skills
