ROLE- Executive Assistant to CEO-- Multiple Positions Available!
JOB TYPE- Temp, Temp-Hire
LOCATION- Los Angeles, CA
PAY RATE- $40.00-50.00/hour DOE
INDUSTRIES- Ranging from Entertainment, Finance, Non-Profit, etc.
A day in the life:
- Expertly manage intricate calendars, coordinating client meetings, teleconferences, and C-Level board meetings with precision
- Handle communications with finesse, organizing and prioritizing documents, emails, and confidential information with discretion
- Establishing strong relationships with key internal and external partners to the CEO
You will need:
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level Executive or HNW Individuals
- Proven experience calendaring, scheduling, booking travel, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Discreet nature with strong judgement skills
