- Maintaining the schedule of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), both personal and professional
- Gathering and generating reports
- Scheduling and managing events and appointments
- Managing maintenance of facilities
- Planning and managing projects
- Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
- Processing tenant receivables
- Processing vendor payments
- Maintaining CEO files (both physical and electronic)
- Assisting Human Resources as necessary with employee recruitment, background checks, new hire packets, Paycor administration, document storage, filing, etc.
- Handling unemployment inquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings
- Preparing executive business reports
- Managing meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Planning events
- Maintaining the Corporate Manual
- Traveling to meetings with CEO as necessary
- Serving as a back-up to the Corporate Administrator
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Minimum two (2) years executive assistance experience
- Demonstrated ability to organize documentation and maintain digital calendar
- Experience working with vendors
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (in person and electronically)
- Ability to multi-task
