Qualifications

• Professional personal appearance and presentation (dress code required)

• Outgoing and positive demeanor

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional demeanor

• Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries

• Assist sales and service with everyday activities, such as, take vehicle deposit money for new and used car sales, and checkout service customers after service is performed.

• File invoices

• Outbound calls to customers who's plates and registration have arrived at the dealership

• Handle customers in a polite, positive and upbeat manner

• Respond quickly to internet leads through online scheduling

• Schedule appointments

• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
