The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.  The seasonal window ends on or before October 11, 2024 and cannot exceed 150 days. The start date will be on or after May 16, 2024. The starting pay for this position is $14.00 / hour plus bonuses and is located at the Lehigh Valley Airport, 3311 Airport Road Allentown, PA 18109.  Schedule Available: Sunday: 10:00am- 6:00pmMonday: 10:00am- 6:00pmTuesday: 10:00am- 6:00pmWednesday: OFF Thursday: 10:00am- 6:00pmFriday: 10:00am- 6:00pmSaturday: OFF  Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supplyWelcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lotDirect customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicableAssist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visitsCommunicate customer service issues to managementEnsure that hangtag information is completed correctlyMaintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirementsMaintain Emerald Aisle for cleanlinessThank member for their businessProvide upgraded vehicles on requestPerform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customersEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust have 6 months of customer service experience or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative supportMust be able to understand, read, write, and speak EnglishMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Seasonal employees may work for up to 150 days during a defined season (FT or PT hours).
