Executive Administrative Assistant
Option 1 Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be based in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, office administration, and customer service.
Job Description:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive team members
- Manage the executive calendar, including phone calls, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
- Maintain and update the executive database system (i.e., CRM)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Bookkeeping
- Assist realtors and loan officers
- Assist marketing team
- Answer phones
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with social media
- Familiar with quickbooks
Familiar with real estate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
