Executive Administrative Assistant

Option 1 Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be based in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, office administration, and customer service.

Job Description:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive team members
• Manage the executive calendar, including phone calls, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Maintain and update the executive database system (i.e., CRM)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Bookkeeping
• Assist realtors and loan officers
• Assist marketing team
• Answer phones

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with social media
• Familiar with quickbooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
