```Duties```
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
- Experience managing calendars using Outlook Calendar or similar software.
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
