Job Description
The Director of Integrated Business Development and Operations is a critical role, serving as a key driver of integration for multiple facets across the business. The central purpose of this role is to partner with the Executive Leadership Team (Groupe Client Lead, CSO, CCO, CFO, etc) in creating integrated category and industry-breaking thinking in modern marketing.
This role reports to the Global Integration Lead and works closely with the GCL and global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to integrate thinking across the business.
- Working with Executive Leadership Team and C-Suite level stakeholders to bring their thinking together.
- Help to draft presentations for agency & client C-Suite audiences.
- Helping to be the guardian of the archives across the business.
Experienced in:
- Integrated modern marketing narrative.
- Working with cross functional global teams.
- Working with many C-Suite stakeholders across the business
- Working fast and accurately under pressure.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years' experience.
- While the team are predominantly NY based this role can operate from anywhere as long as they can work EST hours and travel as needed to NY.
- Can move at pace and handle volume.
- Great interpersonal skills that can interface with broad stakeholder c suite level audience.

"Compensation Range: $110,000 - $144,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
