Operations Chat Agent (In-Office)

We are seeking a Full-Time, In-Office, Chat Agent position to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Dublin. Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm, off Sundays and Thursdays

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with customers as needed via messages, email, or phone call
• Work with Branch and International personnel to properly schedule and manage jobs and service inquiries
• Utilize systems included but not limited to Chatavise, Powermagic, and Fusion to provide the appropriate service
• Respond to all communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Saturdays required
• Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to take concise and accurate messages
• Competency and ability to perform multiple functional tasks effectively
• Solid administrative and writing skills, including writing, proofreading, and editing
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
