In this highly visible role, you'll play a significant part in the growth of AppLovin's new eCommerce advertising initiative. You'll be at the forefront of engaging with eCommerce partners and will participate in strategic discussions with digital marketers, focusing on identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance revenue across our platform.
Who You Are:
  • Top performer with experience in digital marketing and ad tech, particularly in the eCommerce sector; expertise with platforms like Shopify is a plus.
  • A proactive self-starter, eager to learn and excel in an early-stage business environment.
  • Experienced in both acquiring new partners and managing existing ones, with a strong presence throughout the entire sales process.
  • Balances operational, analytical, and sales skills, capable of acting both as an operator/analyst and an effective seller when necessary.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the mobile & eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally to drive outcomes that benefit the overall platform business, not just individual partners.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced environment, with minimal direction and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do:
  • Proactively contact new/existing e-commerce partners and educate, propose and secure buy-in for AppLovin's new eCommerce growth solution.
  • Manage the entire BD cycle and maximize individual revenue
  • Strong consultative sales approach to engage with CMOs/Head of Marketing to manage existing growth.
  • Understand what matters most to your partners and drive an action plan for revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign activity to grow the share of wallet.
  • Formulate and communicate product, strategic value, contractual, technical, and financial updates with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the broader AppLovin Business Development and Sales teams in the region.
  • Translate partner feedback into prioritized business cases to inform the product roadmap.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent AppLovin and grow your industry knowledge.
  • Work closely with product teams and partners to navigate and launch product betas, partner integrations, and commercialization strategies.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience, preferably account management, Business Development or sales experience working with eCommerce marketers.
  • Understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Travel expected as and when possible.

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
US base pay range (total compensation package will be commensurate with experience)
$134,000 - $219,000 USD
