Truview Inspections Inspector Manager Position

An Inspector Manager's primary role is to lead a team of inspectors through education, coaching and support to maximize performance efficiency and ensure we provide the highest level of quality. One key factor of success in the Inspector Manager’s role is strong and effective communication.
This candidate must have the ability to provide guidance and knowledgeable feedback in a positive and motivating manner that ultimately leads to the success of each individual on their team.
Strong communication extends further than their team of inspectors but also effective communication when dealing with agents and their homebuyers. Inspector Managers serve high level support to real estate agents/home buyers by providing a charge-neutral approach of knowledge and expertise. By offering the option for an Inspector Manager to directly assist a client, we are able to provide an optimal level of immediate assistance, which improves the overall customer experience.
The job responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:
- Report reviewing
- Field visits
- Answer clients, realtors, insurance agents, emails and phone calls
- Resolve resolution requests (complaints)
- Support inspector development initiatives
- Participate and lead bi-weekly inspector meetings
- Manage inspector field equipment and supplies
- Cover for inspector in the event of absence
- Supporting inspectors while on the field
- Aide in Hiring process of new inspectors
- Train and on-board new inspectors
Keeping inspectors on your team accountable for but not limited to:
- Exemplifying company core values
- Maintaining satisfactory scores on report correction system
- Reporting all necessary deficiencies properly
- Immediate report delivery
- Proper report explanation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
