Customer Service Representative

SouthernDry Repair is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a company, we specialize in crawlspace encapsulation, interior drainage systems, and foundation supports. As a CSR, you’ll join a highly motivated, friendly, and driven office staff! Responsibilities:

• Customer Service, Data Entry and Appointment Scheduling
• Coordinate and assist with pre-qualifying sales appointments
• Proficiency in technology, Excel and CRMs
• Manage office correspondence including email, regular mail and phone calls
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties related to an office environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and Professionalism
• Experience with CRMs, Excel, and Technology
• Ability to type 30 Wpm
• In-Office Position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual A Plus, but not required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
