The client, a man with a physical disability who uses a powered wheelchair for mobility, is a seasoned professional with a background in the technology, small business, real estate, and hospitality industries. He values efficiency, innovation, and a supportive work environment. Prior caregiving experience is not essential for this role, and a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and supervising a caregiving team to ensure high-quality care and a cohesive working environment for the client
• Coordinating daily household operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and overseeing household maintenance for smooth and efficient operations
• Providing active companionship and support, fostering a positive and supportive relationship with the client
• Assisting with meal planning and preparation to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including managing online grocery orders and meal schedules
• Ensuring the household remains clean and well-organized
• Looking after two small cats, ensuring their well-being
• Managing transportation for appointments and activities to ensure punctuality and reliability
• Being flexible for travel during the summer months to Chicago and Seattle, managing household and caregiving responsibilities while on the move
