Corporate Receptionist

Kitson & Partners (K&P), Palm Beach Gardens, a leading Florida residential and commercial real estate development company, has an opportunity for an experienced receptionist for our Corporate Office. This position meets and greets all visitors, answers the telephone, routes and screens calls and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:

Direct callers to the appropriate person and answer any questions they may have.

• Keep track of office supplies and kitchen supplies and purchase when needed.
• Maintain copiers, fax and postage machines.
• Oversee building maintenance and security.
• Order printed supplies such as business cards and letterhead.
• Keep a schedule for the conference rooms.
• Keep calendar schedule for company apartment
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Greet visitors.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Coordinate office breakfast or lunch and assist with functions out of the office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skill Sets:

• Conscientious, detail-oriented, able to produce accurate results and reports with the ability to effectively multitask and communicate effectively and efficiently with peers.
• Provide support to staff when needed.
• Strong communication skills verbal and in writing.
• Strong time management skills and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
