POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages, administers, coordinates, evaluates, controls and directs all corporate related functions and activities (internal and external)for all hospital-based clinical departments, fiscal services, human resources, information systems, corporate compliance, clinical affairs, home-based clinical programs, hospital-based support services, physician relationships, performance improvement and planning/program development. Oversees organizational compliance, advocacy, and patient satisfaction programs; establishes goals, objectives, standards of performance; develops operating policies and procedures; interprets Hospital policies, standards and regulations to appropriate staff, patients, medical staff and public. In conjunction with senior management personnel and the CEO, develops and implements corporate strategy with and through the Administrative Team.
POSITION EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Master's Degree in nursing from an accredited school is desired
§ Registration and current license in this state.
§ Minimum of an MBA, or eight more years of experience preferred.
§ Fifteen years administrative/management experience in a hospital/healthcare setting preferred. Experience in leading a nursing service, all clinical departments, clinical business development, and physician relationships.
