We are seeking a creative and analytical Talent Analyst with a passion for analytics and storytelling to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Center of Excellence (COE) by extracting insights from talent data and effectively communicating the value of our initiatives through compelling narratives and presentations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the COE team to gather and analyze talent data, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and performance evaluations.
- Extract actionable insights from data analysis and craft compelling narratives demonstrating the value of our COE initiatives.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the impact of talent management strategies to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually engaging presentations that showcase talent analytics insights and COE achievements.
- Develop storytelling frameworks and templates to streamline the presentation creation process.
- Ensure presentations are tailored to the needs and preferences of different audiences, such as senior leadership or department heads.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, relevant field, or equivalent experience in data analytics.
- Two plus years of analytical storytelling.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in statistical software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data effectively.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
