Job Description:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and spearheading strategic initiatives to propel the company's growth in the dynamic aerospace manufacturing industry. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Proven track record of executive leadership and management experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.

Strong technical expertise in aerospace engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards.
