POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analytics team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting RCM strategic initiatives. This involves the creation of strategic insights, dashboards, and other analytical tools, executing on strategic initiatives, developing materials to support discussions with executive leadership, defining and delivering analytical projects. This person will also collaborate with multiple groups, and support adhoc requests as they arise.
Shift Specifics:
This is a full-time role. Schedule is Monday to Friday.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert complex data into actionable insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and visually appealing manner to various audiences.
- Prepare complex analysis with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a suite of operational dashboards on various platforms (i.e., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proactively develop new dashboards and other analytical tools to support operational decision making.
- Help drive process improvement through organized data.
- Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectation; understand, explain, and communicate variances; and adapt solutions to reflect emerging insights.
- Create and present PowerPoint presentations for various strategies, meetings, and updates.
- Generate ad hoc analyses, tailor outputs to stakeholders, communicate insights effectively.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on analytics.
- Experience performing analytics in Excel (reporting expertise) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare and/or radiology a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions (Operations/Finance/Rev Cycle/Payor Contracting).
- Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player.
- Outstanding organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
- Experience working in a large, multi-segment organization and/or consulting is a plus.
- Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfort dealing with ambiguity.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and coding is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or another BI tool is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
