We are in business for one purpose: to help small businesses improve.
We start with doing their books and we go from there. We study their business, we find out what else they need, and we help fulfill that need the best way. Sometimes the best way is us doing it for them until they can find a more permanent solution.
About the Role
So the people that VITAL needs are people who are great at math, have a good and proven sense for business, are willing to go the extra mile for customer service AND are willing to do the tasks it takes to help our clients succeed, whether they be accounting tasks, research tasks, driving tasks, shopping tasks or general administration tasks.
There are no set hours, and the last one hired gets the fewest hours. So, it will start slow and get busier later. You have to be willing to work only two hours at a time until we gain more clients and then your task list will start to fill. Because of this, it's a good job for retirees or others with a flexible schedule that aren't relying solely on this income, and are physically and mentally ready to accomplish a large variety of duties. Should be able to lift 40 lbs, comfortably. Your commute may vary to different clients throughout San Diego. A gas stipend is available for any commute over 15 miles each way.
Pay rate is $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and anything above $25 per hour requires accounting experience. Only applicants who submit a resume will be considered.
